WHY WE BUILT THIS
The best thing that ever happened to our business was the right introduction at the right time.
We came out of financial advisory, where nobody hands you a playbook. Every opportunity that mattered came from a relationship: someone who knew someone, and cared enough to make the call.
X-Factor is that call, built into a system. We create rooms where ambitious builders find other ambitious builders. We help people see what they’re not seeing. And we make the introductions that turn a good conversation into real business.
Our favorite moment is a member’s first night in the room, when it clicks. The rest of what we do is about making sure that night turns into something lasting.
